Collect All Fees and Rent-� Collect monthly rent from tenants, collect association fees from unit owners,
and take action on delinquent accounts.

Servicing all Inquires and Complaints-� Quick response and action to allwith detailed records of all communication.

Maintenance and Repairs-� Coordinate all interior and exterior maintenance�repairs, plan and help
execute all improvements to the property, coordinate lawn care, snow removal, and trash removal
and coordinate maintenance of all common areas.

Accounts Payable-� Take bids for repair work, execute agreements and contracts, insure work orders
and paying invoices.

Accounting and Banking-� Maintain checking account for property, track all debit and credit entries.

Budgeting-��create working budget for property with owner/ association.�

Reporting and Record Retention-� Monthly ledger entries with detail, along with income statements
and�annual reporting for tax reporting.
